Maureen is the Digital Learning Manager at Opteven, a European leader in automotive and mobility service contracts, dedicated to a wide range of customers. Opteven offers insurance and maintenance programs and also provides roadside medical and home assistance. Maureen is in charge of the implementation and development of Opteven’s digital training strategy and has managed the selection and integration of the Rise Up learning platform into their Microsoft Teams account. She is responsible for creating digital training modules and redesigning the onboarding training path for newcomers. Maureen also provides support for their trainers in building their blended learning courses.
