Maurice Wery is the current Global Wellbeing Manager of the Adecco Group. After more than 7 years as manager and Director in the retail sector, he joined the Adecco group in 2018. Since 2021, he has led the group’s wellbeing strategy and its Win4Youth global engagement program.
In his work, he likes to innovate and find ways to engage others. He is convinced that wellbeing is not a pleasant thing to have, but a crucial element of the company’s success. Maurice argues for a realistic vision of well-being in relation to people’s needs. A wellbeing strategy focused on how we work and operate rather than yoga, fustbal and cooking classes.
He believes that in the current context of mental health, physical inactivity, obesity and chronic diseases, organizations have a key role to play in supporting their population and giving them the tools to thrive.
