Michele is an HR transformation professional, with a proven track record of more than 15 years in HR Transformation, HR digital transformation, the Employee Experience, and Shared Services/HR Operations, whilst driving agile ways of working, defining the moments that matter and putting the voice of the employee and people leader at the heart of everything we do.
At Smith and Nephew, Michele leads the HR Solutions & Employee Experience team, encompassing the Global HR Consultancy team, HR Digital Technology, Learning Solutions, HR Policy, Audit and Compliance.
Prior to joining Smith+Nephew, Michele delivered HR Transformation programs at Liberty Global, Virginmedia, DHL Supply Chain, Transport for London and Nationwide Building Society. She also worked at British Airways for a number of years both in Operations and HR.
Michele has a MA in Strategic Human Resources Management, an MBA from Warwick Business School and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
