Mike Ettling is the CEO of Unit4, a cloud-based enterprise software company which powers many of the world’s most people-centric mid-market organizations. Unit4 is in business for people, developing enterprise software and ERP applications designed to improve efficiency and productivity for customers and creating an environment that allows people to spend more time on meaningful work.
Mike is a highly regarded global thought leader in the IT and cloud software industries and is an active investor/advisor for emerging companies. He is known as a leader who builds and motivates world class teams, champions diversity and exudes a deep passion for how technology can transform the workplace and empower individuals.
Prior to joining Unit4 in 2018, Mike was President of SAP SuccessFactors, a leader in providing cloud-based software for human capital management. Before that, he was CEO of NGA HR (now Alight), a global HR/payroll services provider. He also held a variety of executive positions at global IT solutions company, Unisys, including heading the Global Business Process Outsourcing division and serving as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand.
Mike holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and is a graduate of the University of Witwaterstrand, South Africa.
