Michael Hogan is Chief Growth Officer for Atlas, a pioneer direct employer of record (EOR) solution that enables companies to employ whomever they want, wherever they want. Atlas facilitates employee onboarding, compliance, management, and payroll in 160+ countries without the need to set up a local entity or use multiple third-party providers.
As CRO, Michael leads all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, client success, pricing and revenue enablement. He leverages extensive expertise in global sales and revenue strategy, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration in his relationships with clients. He often acts as a strategic advisor, working with clients to solve business challenges related to global expansion, scaling operations, compliance, risk mitigation and people technology.
He brings over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software, SaaS, and human capital management (HCM) space. Prior to joining Atlas, Michael was the SVP of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations at Alight Solutions, a cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions.
Previously, he served as SVP for Korn Ferry’s North American Digital Sales organization, where he was responsible for leading the company’s go-to-market strategy, sales and operations and customer success across its digital/SaaS division.
One of the pivotal moments in Michael’s career came when he joined Oracle when the company transformed into the cloud-based/SaaS software company they are today. As Group VP of North America HCM, Michael was responsible for growing SaaS revenue and led the transformation of HCM Cloud, the first of Oracle’s enterprise software offerings to move to the cloud.
Earlier in his career, Michael spent more than 25 years in human resource outsourcing and HCM, working with industry leaders, including ADP, ProBusiness Services and Ceridian.
Michael graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
