Before joining Fedrigoni Group in April 2019, where Monica is Chief Human Resources Officer, she was Human Resources Director at Cerved Group. Before that Monica was Head of Human Resources Europe at AllianzGI. Prior to that she was Head of Human Resources Western Europe and International Distribution at Pioneer Investments (UniCredit Group). Monica has also been the Head of HR Management Services with Ferrero International. She started her HR career at SIFI Group as Director of Human Resources and Communication. Over the course of her career she has gained significant experience in large-scale transformation programs during times of change.
Monica holds a Diploma in Ontological Coaching at Newfield Network US and she is a certified Executive Coach with Newfield Certified Coach™ as well as with ICF (International Coaching Federation). She attended the Executive Team Coaching Program at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School.
Monica holds a master degree in “Advanced European Studies in Administration and Politics” at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium and a University Degree in Political Science. During her university studies Monica was engaged as professional ballet-dancer in the ballet corps at Massimo Bellini Opera House in Catania.
