Monica is Danone’s HR Digitalization and Analytics Director, previously Global Danone Academy Director for 4 years. In her previous role, she worked with her team developing a modern digital learning eco-system supporting the unique learning culture for the 100K Danoners worldwide. Now, she expanded her passion for technology-enabled business & people development, to a broader HR as well as employee experience landscape. Leveraging her prior experience as consultant and HR in the field, she now takes on a global leadership role with a “glocal” mindset. Monica manages teams to make things happen while balancing local business, regional and global priorities and contributes to develop human resource as the driver of success at Danone.
