Murielle ARNOULD is currently Organization & Future of Work Director at L’Oréal. With over 25 years of experience at L’ORÉAL, she brings a deep understanding of both the mechanics of HR and the human impact of organizational change. Her journey began with a strong foundation in core HR functions, spanning global, corporate, French, and Asia Zone staff scopes. Recognizing the value of a multi-faceted perspective, she took on a marketing role, gaining invaluable insight into the broader organizational landscape. Driven by her strong sense of social responsibility led her to participate to social innovation initiatives globally, like the “Share & Care” program, to ensure that all L’Oréal employees around the world have access to the best social protection, healthcare coverage and well-being at work.

Today, as L’Oréal’s Organization & Future of Work Director, she leverages this experience to help the company embrace new workplace dynamics.
Among different topics, co-designed with the HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion teams, the program « L’Oréal For All Generations », promotes intergenerational collaboration and lifelong employability.

Murielle’s international focus is a common thread throughout her journey, from her time managing HR for the Asia Zone staff to her personal life being married to a German-American with two trilingual daughters.
She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris ( Paris Institute of Political Studies) and holds a Master degree in HR at Sciences Po Paris.
