Nathalie Estellat is the Global Chief Learning Officer at Sodexo since 2022, where she spearheads the creation and execution of learning and development strategies for 430,000 employees in 45 countries. Her leadership at Sodexo Academy focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning, driving business impact through strategic talent development, and transforming leadership across the organization. Nathalie’s initiatives have been instrumental in reducing turnover, increasing employee engagement, and preparing the company for future challenges.
Before joining Sodexo, Nathalie spent 14 years as the founder and president of Passerelles & Lumière, a consultancy specializing in executive coaching and HR strategy. She has worked with major organizations across various sectors, including energy, luxury, finance, and retail, providing tailored coaching and strategic advice to over 600 executives and numerous management teams.
Earlier in her career, Nathalie held senior HR roles at Engie, where she was pivotal in managing organizational transformations, negotiating key social agreements, and developing high-potential talent.
A respected thought leader, Nathalie holds a PhD in Organizational Strategy and has been an affiliate professor at ESCP Europe, contributing extensively to HR and coaching literature. She resides in the Paris region and is passionate about food, wine, and the arts.
