Nicolas Behbahani is Director of People Analytics & Data at TechnipFMC, based in Paris for more than 5 years. He metamorphosed HR data analysis with the power of Data. Passionate about People Analytics for years, he had a solid background in DataScience and Analytics.
He is responsible for the development of the People Analytics Data Strategy aligned with the HR function priorities. He provides HR data analysis as an asset to help leaders discover insights and make better, data-driven decisions to advance the organization. He is also in charge of the HR innovation part by being the project manager of the AI projects. He manages a Global Team of People Analytics Analysts & Data Scientist around the world (US, France, India, Norway, …) He has an engineering degree in mathematics & Data Science from Paris University and a Certificate in People Analytics from New York University (NYU). He also holds a medal from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (CNAM) in Paris.
