Oliver Drury is the Senior Manager of People Strategy and Delivery at Booking.com, one of the world’s leading digital travel companies based in the Netherlands. Oliver leads the cross-department, skills-based digital transformation program to build the ‘Connected Career’. Oliver has deep experience of managing transformation programs, building digital maturity and improving the employee experience, and his work in recent years has been centered around skills-based organizations. Before Booking.com, his career journey spanned roles in talent acquisition, talent management, and digital transformation at Salesforce and Gartner. Oliver is based in Amsterdam with his wife and children.
