Orsolya Kovács-Ondrejkovic is an Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group in Zurich, supporting organizations in preparing their workforces for the future. In her work with clients, she focuses on talent strategies, up- and reskilling efforts, workforce planning, and transforming the HR functions. She delivers projects for Fortune500 companies across many industries and countries. Since 2014, she has been the lead author of the Decoding Global Talent series, analyzing work and mobility preferences of hundreds of thousands of jobseekers worldwide. In addition, she spent the last year researching innovative strategies to fill skill gaps at scale as an Ambassador at BCGs internal think tank, the Henderson Institute.
