Paul Fenwick is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience across learning, skills & talent intelligence, and employee experience. Until recently, he served as a Global Solution GTM Director at SAP SuccessFactors, where he worked closely with global customers and partners to drive business-aligned, outcome-focused transformations. Recognized for his thought leadership in learning and development, Paul has recently been focused on the integration of AI in HR, making him a trusted advisor in the HR and Learning services space.
Paul’s career spans global organizations such as SAP, Kaplan, Thomson, and Intel, where he forged strong partnerships with industry leaders and gained a deep understanding of the complexities of talent management and employee performance. His expertise has equipped him to guide organizations in building future-ready teams, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to enhance people sustainability.
A frequent contributor and attendee at global HR conferences, Paul is passionate about helping businesses navigate the evolving landscape of HR and Learning technology. He holds a BSc in Applied Physics from Dublin City University and a Graduate Diploma in Computing from the University of Limerick. Paul is also an Associate Member of the Learning and Performance Institute in London.
Originally from Ireland, Paul has lived in the UK for over 20 years and remains a proud Irishman at heart.
