Petter is an international talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building, developing, and leading talent acquisition functions and driving significant transformations and change management projects.
He is currently VP, Global Talent Acquisition, with Alfa Laval, a leading global provider of sustainable products and solutions in the areas of heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in start-up/scaleup and large corporate environments such as Cisco, Schneider Electric and the Volkswagen Group establishing innovative and progressive talent acquisition strategies and solutions centered around the candidate experience. Petter has worked and lived in Norway, Italy, Germany, and the UK before moving to Denmark where he is now based in Copenhagen.
