Q is a business-driven people executive, investor and executive coach. He leads Airbnb’s new ‘Live and Work Anywhere’ center of excellence to reimagine the future of our workplaces and revolutionize global mobility to enable living, traveling and working from anywhere for our employees and communities. This unique cross functional team will bring together our prior global workplace and mobility teams to work in close partnership with our finance, legal and public policy teams globally to drive the adoption of remote work. Prior to this, Q has been the global head of people operations at Airbnb since 2018 where he has been responsible for the strategic vision, build-out and execution of Airbnb’s first dedicated People and Talent Operations function to amplify the employee experiences across the entire lifecycle, globally. He has led numerous critical programs at Airbnb including global IPO readiness and compliance efforts, contingent workforce programs, pandemic responses, workforce restructuring and operationalizing future of work programs globally.
