Rebecca Donnelly has a 20 year career in communications and is Head of Development at Tyto, one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B tech PR agencies. She helped build the company into a fully-remote business with a diverse, 60-strong team based across Europe. She works with high-growth and established tech companies in the HR and future of workspace to build their reputations as they navigate the rapidly evolving tech landscape. In her role she is also responsible for talent development, training and skills across the organisation. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech sector and a non-executive director for the Tech Talent Charter.
