I’m passionate about helping organisations make good people decisions! My role at HSBC is to provide advice and insights that help shape the global workforce to successfully deliver against business strategy. This involves harnessing data to produce research, analytics and workforce plans, and gaining an understanding of employee sentiment and skills. My career in HR has spanned multiple business partner, programme and COE roles, working for large multinationals such as RBS, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Petronas. I started out as a trainee accountant and worked as a Marketing Analyst for British Airways, before finding my niche combining analytics and critical thinking with human capital management. I have an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics, and live with my wife and two kids in Hertfordshire, UK.
