Russell Klosk is a Managing Director within Accenture’s Strategy Group for Talent & Organization. He is the global leader of their Workforce Planning Practice, the Sub Offering Leader for HR Analytics and a Key Member of their Talent Strategy Leadership Team. He joined Accenture 8 years ago following 10 years in Industry at Microsoft and Hewlett Packard following 12 years of Human Capital Consulting at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and IBM.
A recognized thought leader among other publications Russell is one of the key authors of the ISO Standards on Workforce Planning and Human Resources Management Systems. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California (BA) and New York University (MBA) and also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Mason University and one in Strategy for the CXO from Cambridge University. Russell currently resides in the Washington, DC area.
