Ruth is an experienced HR leader with over 15 years’ experience working in professional services organizations. She has spent the last eight and half years at Thoughtworks, a global technology consultancy with over 12,000 people. She has played several roles within the talent organization at Thoughtworks and currently co-heads Global Talent Development. Her recent experience leading a large-scale change program has driven her appreciation of experience design. She is passionate about organizational culture and building diverse, autonomous teams who are empowered to deliver ambitious goals.
