Sander joined ING in 2018 as their first Head of Global Employee Experience. In this role, Sander and team are responsible for realizing a differentiating and consistent employee experience within ING. With 20 years of experience in marketing and talent acquisition roles, Sander has worked on improving numerous customer and candidate journeys. As ING is globalizing its People Services, it is Sander’s responsibility to drive the design of experiences that are personal, smart and easy and that will contribute to an engaged and high performing organization.
