Sanne is leading Global Learning & Development for Novo Nordisk where 65,000 employees drive change to defeat diabetes, obesity, and other serious chronic diseases across +170 countries. Her laser focus is on developing the most strategic capabilities for the company’s future at truly enterprise-wide level and evolving the learning ecosystem to ensure learning & career development is for all, is a priority, is safe and easy to navigate. Previously she was heading up Global Talent Development at Novo Nordisk (from early talent to C-suite talent) and has also been Head of HR for an affiliate consisting of 49 countries.
Before joining life sciences 12 years ago, she worked as a management consultant with PA Consulting Group, where she led the design and delivery of projects in people strategy, leadership & talent development, and OD across various sectors. She is an organizational psychologist by education.
Sanne has lived and worked in Europe, US, Asia, and the Middle East. Currently in Switzerland.
