Starting out as a recruiter at Vanderbilt University, T-Mobile USA, and Community Health Systems, Shannon would continue to learn, grow, and use her industry experience in Director and Managerial roles at Moxy, CareerXroads, and beyond. Along the way, her passion for fostering a community led her to be an Editor at SourceCon and create Evry1, an open community for anyone in Talent Acquisition.
As current Head of Marketing and Community at Hiretual and Evry1, she remains passionate about growing that community and connecting companies to their most valuable asset: people.
