An experienced senior HR professional who has gained significant experience working in eCom, Retail, Hospitality & FMCG sectors. She has worked in the UK, Germany and in multiple global roles always focused on driving fast-paced change in organizations. In her current role, she is responsible for leading HR business partnering across Zalando, partnering personally at board level and leading a team of 50+ HRBP’s, Heads of HR and Directors of HR who partner at every level of the organization. She manages board-level strategic projects, oversees small and large-scale organization design projects, takes ownership of the design and implementation of the HR strategic direction and works to drive employee engagement, talent retention and leadership development through the full organization. As an accredited executive coach, coaching forms part of her everyday work enabling leaders to feel empowered to move their vision, plans and teams forward. She has worked on multiple strategic M&A projects, designed new business organizational setups and champions change management as one of the most important skills of any HR professional.
