Vera holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance from Kiev, where she built a solid foundation for her 15-year career as an operations and finance manager. She worked extensively with BBC Ukraine and various non-profit organizations in Ukraine. In 2018, she furthered her education by earning a second Master’s degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam.
Throughout her career, Vera has been deeply committed to community service and has volunteered in numerous projects. Notably, she served as a Board Member for the International Fellowship of International Students. Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Vera sought refuge in the Netherlands. Thanks to a coaching session with Jobs for Humanity, she secured a position as Financial Controller at Titan Cleanfuels, a Dutch marine company based in Amsterdam.
In her free time, Vera enjoys social dancing, sports, and learning new languages.
