Vic currently holds the position of Head of Resourcing at Care UK, where she leads the company’s employer branding initiatives and aims to deliver an outstanding candidate experience through the integration of AI and advanced technologies. In her role, Vic is responsible for driving the development and implementation of Care UK’s recruitment strategy, ensuring that staffing needs are effectively met across our 150+ homes.
