After 9 years of experience building and managing internal communications programs at Edmond de Rothschild, Victoria brings that experience and insight to her role as Head of Internal Communications & Culture at Clarins Group.
In this role, she continues the work to strengthen the relationship between Clarins Group’s employees through a strategy and platform focused on fostering authentic and effective employee experiences, both in office and field, across borders.
